Your Reports and Photos: Any safety observations, toolbox talks, incident reports, text inputs, and photos you add to generate documents are processed strictly locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the actual content of your reports or the images you use.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our application.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our application.
  • Communicate with you for customer service and updates.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers (such as Google Cloud / Firebase) who perform services on our behalf, under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Account and Data Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. At any time, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

We provide two convenient methods for you to delete your data:

Option A: Inside the App (Recommended & Fastest)

  • Open the application and ensure you are logged in.
  • Navigate to the Settings page from the main dashboard.
  • Tap on "Request Data Deletion" at the bottom of the page.
  • Confirm your choice. Your data will be immediately queued for permanent deletion.

Option B: Via Email Request

  • If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request via email.
  • Send an email to Siteinspector@zafastai.com from the email address associated with your account.

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion?

When you initiate a data deletion request, the following information is permanently and irreversibly erased from our highly secure cloud storage (hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase):

  • Profile Information: Your name, email address, role, and any device metadata.
  • Authentication Records: Your secure login credentials and OAuth linkage.
  • User-Generated Content: Every Observation Report, Toolbox Talk (TBT), Incident Report, and custom photos or text inputs you have submitted into the system.

4. Data Retention and Processing Time

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, your active account access is revoked immediately. The physical deletion of your data from our active databases and backup servers is completed within 30 days.

Note: In certain extremely limited cases, statistical, entirely anonymized (de-identified) data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for internal operational diagnostics, but your personal identity and proprietary reports will be completely wiped.
